Thank you for registering for STRONG30 with Debbie! Make sure you dress comfortably and it is recommend you wear sturdy athletic shoes as this class has the potential of being high impact. Please have some water near by, we will take active water breaks (recharges). Class is follow the leader style with progressive moves, please modify any moves you need to. We will begin with an easy cardio warm-up with dynamic stretches, move through a series of body-weight, cardio, agility and martial arts inspired moves all set to music. Class ends with a core section on the floor then a gentle cool down and stretch.
