Thank you for registering for Kickboxing Tabata with Debbie! Make sure you dress comfortably and it is recommend you wear sturdy athletic shoes as this class has the potential of being high impact. Please have some water near by and take breaks as needed. Class is demo style (watch then try) with progressive moves, please modify any moves you need to. Class begins with an easy to follow warm-up, then consists 5 cycles of 20/10 tabata rounds and ends with a gentle cool down and stretch.
